However, it is more designed for low voltage cables; of course, it also measures the length of some thin power cables, but it is unsuitable for finding the length of a supply cable. As a signal generator, though, it works just fine on all cables. However, it does not detect great cable depths!

    It showed me which pair was cut and at how many meters from where I placed the transmitter. I found the cut at the 8 meters it indicated and replaced the fault. The whole cable was above a false ceiling and if it hadn't shown me, I would have had a hard time
