    This particular product is simply garbage. I supposedly bought it as an upgrade to my previous Remington (which costs a quarter of the price) and it is by far worse. I will just say that I have fine and slightly wavy hair and it does NOT hold the straightening at all. The plates do not fit perfectly, resulting in the hair not being properly straightened, and I suppose this is the main reason why it doesn't hold the straightening at all. Additionally, the plates are very thin in width, which means that the heat does not cover a large surface of the hair and you have to go over it slowly (which leads to even more damage to the hair). Finally (a detail but worth mentioning), its cable is positioned at a 90-degree angle and not straight, which makes it very prone to falling if, for example, the cable gets tangled around your feet. Overall, it is a terrible product, I truly regret spending my money.
