It features a fully sealed body and spool (IPX6), while the brake system has been redesigned to protect against the long-term effects of salt, sand, dust, and other harmful particles. The usable surface of the brake is increased, enhancing its smooth operation while minimizing the amount of water it may potentially absorb.

The fishing reel Penn Slammer IV is supported by CNC brass gear technology and a set of 8+1 stainless steel bearings, along with a waterproof Line Roller, making it smoother and tougher than ever.

The Slammer IV combines durability and strength in a sleek Spinning mechanism.
