The D-Link DWM-311 modem-router provides wired and wireless networking via 4G LTE Cat. 4, with download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. It supports Cellular NAT and Bridge Mode, and its single Gigabit Ethernet port functions as a LAN port.

It can be managed via Web UI, SSH or D-Link D-ECS2. The modem-router supports network diagnostics via ICMP, a DHCP Server, port forwarding, DDNS and IPv4/v6 VPN with client mode and OpenVPN.
