Over the past 20 years, I have focused more specifically through various organizations – at the national, European, and international levels – on the labor market and its impact on the effectiveness of the economy, maintaining a strongly human-centered approach. My goal was to improve employment conditions and to better understand the motives behind the different aspects of the labor market. With this work, I wanted to shed some light on the concepts contained within the words and what gives them their particular nuance. Thus, the glossary you are holding was created.

In this glossary, entries are presented in alphabetical order to make them easier for the reader to find. Additionally, to facilitate those seeking a greater connection between the terms and the effectiveness of the labor market, we have marked each term with a number depending on its "contribution" to the pillars presented at the end of the book.
