This way, you select the optimal pressure of the rubber massage nodes on your feet. For a more intense massage, you can step on the board and press your feet from the heel to the tip. The massage stimulates the immune system, improves blood circulation, and activates the nerve endings and zones that are important for the proper functioning of organs.
