Excellent quality and 'resolution' of sound HOWEVER:

Zero bass. Really, Zero. Compared to any other headphones I have tried (buds 3 and 4 redmi, Sony overear, the first ANC over ear sony, BOSE quiet comfort2, Samsung buds 2 and 3 etc). Do not listen to the reviews.
Maybe, I need a separate amplifier since neither on the synthesizer nor on either of my computer's two ports do they sound very loud.
Other than that, very comfortable, especially with the velvet-like pads. They are a bit hard to change though.
I can hear everything around me!

I have the "made in Austria" ones (which are no longer produced) which had been recommended to me by very good sound engineers and producers from abroad whom I trusted when I started doing some productions as a hobbyist. The current ones (which are now made in China and cost 100++ euros cheaper) I bought out of curiosity and I have to say that they are quite decent for their price even though they have disadvantages compared to the old version (sound quality, materials, etc).

Compared to the products available abroad (and at this price) they are ok even for (semi)professional use. They have their flaws but if someone wants, they can learn their "weaknesses" and can "survive" with them (up to a point, of course).

They are musical headphones. They are better than the K141, they could be used for mixing although they do lose in the highs and lack some clarity. They are not gaming headphones and certainly the build quality justifies their price. I got them for my son to play piano. They reproduce the piano sound nicely with good mids, satisfactory lows, and some deficiencies in the highs. For their price, I find them very good!

I have one or two of them. Unbelievable sound quality, something you would pay triple for from other brands. The cable seems excessively durable (previous EDIFIER models burned through 3 cables in a few years) with a locking connector, two types of cushions, one pleather and one fluffy. Also, two cables, one long coiled and one short. I use them without an amplifier directly from my computer and they still sound perfect. For mid-range audiophile headphones under 80€, I think they are the best choice. They are also semi-open back, which means external sounds easily enter, but they are loud enough that sound isolation is not necessary

I don't have experience (and probably requirements) in sound, but I really enjoyed them since I hear many more things compared to what I heard with previous headphones of 15-20 euros. In speech and music.

If I knew what I was missing, I would have made this purchase much much earlier

I literally inherited these headphones from my uncle in 1979. I have worked professionally in radio and record stores for many years and I have to say that even today, when I am almost deaf (I can't hear above 8000 cycles), their clarity is exceptional. I bought these headphones for my son who is in the same field and he was thrilled. I believe that the Austrian ones play slightly better. I think they are a decent choice for a new entry.

I have had the headphones since October 2009! They haven't had any issues so far! I bought them for 120€ back then! The only thing that "changed" is the leather cushions (and that was my own fault because I put them in the washing machine)... Their only drawback is that after a long period of use, they start to hurt my ears! Of course, the company provides a second pair of "fluffy" cushions, which I haven't tried yet... They have worked for many hours without any problem (I use them for home recording and wave editing)! Now that the price has dropped, I highly recommend them to anyone who is involved in home recordings and sound editing (wave editing)...
