Wella Blondor Plex9 lightening powder features built-in Plex technology, which helps create and repair the hair’s internal bonds during lightening or coloring. It lightens hair by up to 9 levels, and its formula produces no dust cloud. It is suitable for all hair types and contains no animal-derived ingredients.
Its creamy formula is mixed at a ratio of 1:1.5 or 1:2, depending on the desired level of lift and consistency. For application to the scalp, use a developer of up to 6%. Leave on for up to 50 minutes or until the desired result is achieved. After rinsing, complete the service with Wellaplex No.2.
