The upper and lower jaws are made of glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide, while the profiled rail is made of hardened, painted and polished steel. The plastic housing protects the handle mechanism from dust and metal shavings. The protective caps feature an integrated prism for holding round, pointed and angled workpieces.
