OSRAM LEDguardian TRUCK FLARE Signal TA19 – LED Emergency Beacon for Trucks

The OSRAM LEDguardian TRUCK FLARE Signal TA19 emergency beacon is mandatory for vehicles with a total weight ≥ 3.5 tons according to §53a StVZO of German legislation. It meets the technical requirements of the StVZO (TA 19) and features the following specifications:

  • Orange flashing light
  • Operating time of at least 15 hours
  • Flashing frequency 1.5 Hz ± 0.5 Hz (90 ± flashes per minute)
  • Pressure resistance 21 kg/m² (equivalent to wind force 9 Beaufort)

The warning light is used in combination with a safety triangle to indicate the danger zone in case of breakdown or accident. Its use is also recommended for vehicles ≤ 3.5 tons to ensure the safety of all road users.
