Description

It was in 2015 when the first book from the Daughters of the Stars was released. With 664 pages in total, many more have followed. They started as an inspiration from the Pleiades constellation and evolved into a global publishing phenomenon.

From the first book, the Daughters of the Stars, with which Lucinda Riley introduced herself to us, we felt we were holding a beautifully crafted and unique novel. Eight years later, having traveled to all corners of the Earth, this journey comes to a close with Atlas: The Story of Pa Salt.

1928, Paris. A boy is found half-dead and a generous family takes him in. Kind-hearted, remarkably mature for his age, and gifted, the little boy flourishes in his new home, and his family shows him a life he never imagined even in his dreams. However, the boy refuses to speak and tell who he really is. He grows up, falls in love, and studies at the prestigious Conservatory of Paris. He can almost forget the hardships he experienced in the past and the vow he made. Throughout Europe, however, evil is growing stronger and no one is safe anymore. Deep down, the young man knows that the time will come when he must flee again.

2008, Aegean Sea. For the first time, the seven daughters find themselves all together aboard the “Titan” to say their final farewell to the mysterious father they adored. Shocked, they discover that Pa Salt chose to entrust the lost daughter with the secret of the past and of all seven of them. But with every truth that comes to light, another question is born. The sisters are forced to confront the fact that their beloved father was someone they essentially knew very little about. But also with something that shakes them even more: that these long-buried secrets may still have consequences for them today.

Chronicling the life story filled with love and loss, crossing borders and oceans, the book Atlas: The Story of Pa Salt leads the series The Daughters of the Stars to a shocking, unforgettable conclusion!

The truth is that I spent the whole summer reading the entire series and by the time I got to Pa Salt's story, I was somewhat tired. I believe that Harry could have made the book a bit shorter, he dragged it out with too many details, it was already confusing, so when it ended I felt relieved. Anyway, I don't think I would ever read the whole series again, maybe I'll donate the books. However, I don't regret reading them, some of them I really liked, it's just that all together they were exhausting.
