Viltrox DC-550 PRO – The Pro version features a touchscreen interface, which can be used to control all settings (except for buttons and dials).

The touchscreen even supports multitouch to pinch in and out of the image, move the zoom area, etc.

HDMI Features

The Viltrox DC-550 PRO monitors support HDMI 1.4 signal input up to 4K 30Hz (both UHD and DCI 4K signals at 24, 25, or 30fps).

There is also an HDMI 1.4 loop output port that can send HD signal to additional devices.

The monitor features an SD card slot for importing custom 3D LUTs or firmware upgrades and has a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Features of the monitoring aid

Other features include an RGB parade, waveform, vector scope, luminance histogram, focus peaking, audio column, image flip, false color, and many more.

Viltrox claims that the monitor features a built-in Rec.709 3D LUT for accurate color monitoring without distortion or color shift.

    Like all devices, it has its pros and cons.
    The only thing someone should be careful about is that the screen displays with a brightness 1.5 stops higher than the default setting.
    The battery it includes lasts about 1 hour... and be cautious with the external power supply using a power bank. It requires more than 20 watts.
    We use ANKER's power banks at 100 and 130 watts and everything is fine.
    Other than that, it is a great device.
