Users generally consider it affordable and suitable for basic use, with essential features that meet their needs. It’s described as a practical choice for a simple phone. However, several users point out that the mute function is either missing or doesn’t work as expected.
The quality of its plastics is cheap, the sound quality is average, I don't see it lasting over time since from the first use the button of the base (where the headset closes) started to stick. In short, I regret buying it
It is a simple phone. Good for its price. It does not have a silent mode, so if you want it as a second phone in the bedroom, do not prefer it because it has a loud sound.
I bought it solely for the mute option it claims to have, but I don't see any mute option. It has a button on top that says mute, I press it but it does nothing. Does anyone know if there is any trick for muting it, otherwise I will return it.
Good for its price, the base is light and needs constant readjustment when lifting the phone, if it is screwed to the wall everything is fine.
