Planting method: The plant is placed in a small bowl with a little water (about 1/5 of the plant). Change the water daily for three weeks, making sure to use minimal water after the first watering. If you let it dry out, the plant will close up again.
Planting space: The fruits remain protected inside the closed ball until they scatter. When it gets wet again, it opens and disperses its seeds.
