It is made from natural rubber, and its closed-cell surface prevents sweat from seeping into the mat. It is tear- and stretch-resistant, free from PVC and toxic plasticizers, and 99% latex-free.

The mat folds for easy packing in travel luggage. Clean it with a mat-cleaning spray. Do not machine-wash it, submerge it in water, or expose it to direct sunlight. If it gets wet, let it dry before rolling it up.
