Use & Care:

• To clean the mat, use Manduka’s Spray. It is recommended not to place the mat in the washing machine, as it will encourage the material to break down.
• DO NOT soak or submerge in water and DO NOT use soap for cleaning as it will compromise the mat's performance and integrity.
• Do not leave the mat exposed to direct sunlight. If wet, allow it to dry.
• For best results, store the mat rolled up.
