Terrible service from the store. The product is dangerous as it doesn't even have packaging or instructions (I received it inside a plastic bag) while the seams were unraveled on one of the bars (it likely had been reused or was defective from the factory). In any case, without instructions and with damages, its use is extremely dangerous and could cause a serious accident if something being carried falls off the rack.

Relatively easy installation, ideal for mattresses, inflatable canoes, SUPs, etc.
Not suitable for cars - vans with sliding doors (Renault Kangoo).
