purchase of 2 devices at the same time, delivery was immediate, packaging very good (included charging cable), the 2 devices were delivered clean and without damage. After 1 month of use I have not encountered any problems with operation or battery

The phone is good but when I opened it, it had 100 battery health and within 2 weeks it dropped to 89. It also has some scratches on the apple logo and on the sides, as well as some dents

I am completely satisfied with the product, it was intact but I would have preferred it to provide a complete charger set

I bought a used iPhone 13 from this store last October 2024, which was advertised with a 2-year warranty. The device was delivered to me with a non-original charger, without any prior notification before the purchase.

In less than a year, the battery health dropped noticeably (from ~87% to ~77%). When I contacted the store, they told me that the warranty does not cover the battery after the first year, even though a 2-year warranty is stated everywhere, without clear exceptions.

The "solution" they offered me was to pay €60 for a replacement with an OEM battery, which I find unacceptable for a device that is supposedly under warranty.

The whole experience left me with the impression of misleading information. I am writing this review so that future customers know that the advertised warranty does not apply as one would expect.

Amazing phone!! Although I kind of regret the color!!!

Bought the phone almost 1 month ago and the battery life dropped from 100% to 96% in almost 3 weeks.

Excellent condition in appearance. Upon entering the settings, it was obvious that the battery and the screen had been replaced, which was expected. The battery lasts perfectly, but the screen, compared to a brand new iPhone out of the box, loses in brightness. It maxes out somewhere at 80% compared to a new one. Also, the screen replacement seems not to have been done 100% perfectly, as when you look at the screen at an angle and with a white background, a slight pink and green outline is visible around the edges, which obviously is not visible in everyday use nor does it affect usage, otherwise it would have already been returned for replacement. Other than that, everything is perfect. Time will tell how long the screen will last.

In terms of system and operation, it is excellent. Here you truly understand the purchase of an Android; no matter how many tabs you have open, it runs quickly without lagging. I didn't encounter any problems, except that the battery health drops significantly even though it came at 100%. It's very likely that the battery was replaced, hence the 100%, but not with an original part, which is why, despite careful use, it has dropped to 83% within 5 months with normal use and a good charger. I would have preferred to have the original battery at 95% rather than what happened now.

When I speak, it keeps cutting off or they can't hear me at all, as if the line is dropping. The microphone has had a problem since day one. I want to return it, but I don't have another phone

The phone from the day it arrived, when I placed it on hard surfaces, would turn off and then turn back on and work normally. Until one day it shut down and never turned on again. I took it to a store to have it fixed and discovered that the battery was not genuine, and to make it look like it was, the (very clever ones who sold it) made a modification with a fake chip from a genuine battery. However, they made the modification with tape and it broke immediately. The chip did not make a good connection and thus would turn off the phone. Overall, the phone has no other issues, but I give it 2 stars for the deception and the hassle!

It would be like new if it didn't have a small (barely noticeable) scratch on the screen and if there wasn't a problem with the microphone; when I speak, the person on the other end complains that they can't hear me.

Owner of a 13 PRO for 3 years. I had bought it new. Look at what is happening now with the Refurbished 13 that I just purchased. My phone arrived flawless. So clean without a trace of scratch, it impresses me. Also, it came to me as an American version. It has the "little window" for the antenna on the edge. While searching, I saw that this version only existed in the USA and CANADA. But at 400€, it’s not worth it, guys. I made the mistake of not checking how much the 13 dropped after the release of the 16. 550€ new, and if you get an invoice, it comes out to 440. So I just bought a used one at the price of a new one. I would send it back, but I’m too lazy for the procedures. Refurbished is like a lottery. It seems I got something good. And the battery is at 100%. At least that’s what it says. Now, if they tampered with it with software or if it has been opened and changed, what can I say...

The phone is great, with 88% battery health, the only downside is that the screen came…. Stage for Grade C, I got it Grade A.

One of the best phones I have gotten, I came from the Poco X3 Pro and immediately noticed various differences. The only downside was its battery life. Nevertheless, it is the best change I have made

It arrived with almost 100% battery health, along with a charger, cable, case, and screen protector. Everything was in a box and wrapped with protection.

Also included was a printed report of the checks that were done during the refurbishment. Everything works correctly after my own check as well.

I might have gotten lucky, but in my opinion, just the warranty you get is worth the extra money compared to Marketplace/Insomnia.

What I didn't expect to see is the charging/data cable, in what sense I say it... it's not a USB on one end and I have no way to charge it now.. I guess I have to get the whole charger set, so I would say one by one to get it out of the box
