  • Chelated Magnesium for proper muscle function, electrolyte balance, and maintenance of normal bone condition.
  • Potassium for normal nervous system function and maintenance of normal blood pressure.
  • Arginine & Glutamine for performance and endurance enhancement.

Dosage

  • 1 sachet (stick) per day, preferably with lunch. 
  • Empty the contents of the sachet into 200ml and mix well before consumption.
