General usage/maintenance instructions for Cookware:

• Before using this product for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, let it cool down, and then dry carefully.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick pan.
• The layer of oil created by spraying is so thin that it will burn at a very low temperature.
• Select the correct size of the burner that is closest to the diameter of the pan.
• We recommend using your pan on low or medium heat not exceeding 280° C.
• Never cook fatty foods to the point of burning and blackening.
• Never use sharp cooking tools and do not cut inside the pan.
• Store the pan carefully to keep the internal non-stick coating intact.
• Cookware with plastic handles SHOULD NOT be used in the oven.
• Cleaning: Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish detergent is recommended.
• Using the dishwasher will not affect the performance, but it may discolor the pan.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive products, powder detergents, or oven cleaners.
• Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.
• Keep away from children when hot.
• Allow it to cool down before cleaning.
