In Dead by Daylight: The Board Game, a team of four resourceful survivors faces off against a supernatural Killer in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse.
As one of the four Survivors, you explore the trial grounds, discover items, and use your unique perks while trying to find and repair generators. Repair four generators and open the exit to escape and win.
As the Killer, you hunt down the survivors, injure them, and place them on sacrificial hooks to summon a dark power. Each round, players plan their moves, secretly choosing paths on the board. Each time a player moves, they reveal new features of the board, called items, which they can interact with to advance their objectives or hinder their opponents.
Survivors can use various items to aid in their survival and navigation of the field. Killers use fewer items - instead, they interact with Survivors using their attack or unique power. Each Killer has a different power that completely changes the way the game is played.
Both Killers and Survivors have perks that provide them with special abilities. Experienced players can customize their characters with various perk configurations, offering even greater replayability.
