It is very good quality, honest for its price, it doesn't smell, and if you dissolve it even in water you can barely feel it. Combine it with a VitC 1000 mg. If you want to see results you need to take it for months and consistently. At least two months without interruption. And for economy, 15 g is enough as a dose and so it will last you a month.
