I bought it with the idea that it was the only single-piece adapter that doesn't have a cable between the usb and ethernet because the cats break it or it breaks with heavy use.. Unfortunately, while I tried it on 3 different PCs with proper ethernet cat 5e and usb 3 type c, the internal converter gives a speed of 100Mbps and on ookla speedtest I reach up to 80-90Mbps while with other adapters with power I reach 1Gbps network speed and 300Mbps which is my internet speed. Unfortunately, the 1000Mbps is misleading so I will return it because the wifi is faster than the 80-90 it reaches with this
Το αγορασα με το σκεπτικο οτι ηταν το μονο μονοκόμματο adapter που δεν εχει καλωδιακι αναμεσα στο usb και στο ethernet επειδη το χαλανε οι γατες ή χαλαει με την πολλη χρηση.. Δυστυχως ενω δοκιμασα σε 3 διαφορετικα PC με σωστο ethernet cat 5e και usb 3 type c ο εσωτερικος μετατροπεας δινει ταχυτητα 100Mbps και στο ookla speedtest πιανω μεχρι 80-90Mbps ενω με αλλα adapter με ρευμα πιανω 1Gbps ταχυτητα δικτυου και 300Mbps που είναι η ταχυτητα internet μου. Δυστυχώς ειναι παραπλανητικο το 1000Mbps οποτε θα το επιστρεψω γιατι το wifi ειναι πιο γρηγορο απο τα 80-90 που πιάνει με αυτο
