Tight Regular Loose
I kept them for about 8 months with 2-3 weekly workouts of 10-15km, I got it on sale, it will be a while before I choose it again

Tested today in a trail race (path/dirt/rock). Excellent grip and stability. They have a regular fit and good shock absorption at the front so the toes are not strained much on the downhills. At 65 euros, extreme value for money
Δοκιμάστηκαν σήμερα σε αγώνα trail (μονοπατι/χωμα/πέτρα). Εξαιρετικό κράτημα και σταθερότητα. Έχουν κανονική φόρμα και καλή απορόφηση κραδασμών στο εμπρός μέρος οπότε τα δάχτυλα δεν ταλαιπωρουνται σε μεγάλο βαθμό στις κατηφόρες. Στα 65 ευρώ ακραίο value for money
It is narrower than the older models and becomes uncomfortable on long distances. Nothing like the first model which was soft and flexible. The good thing is that you can find it at prices of 65-70 euros.
Είναι πιο στενό απο τα παλαιότερα μοντέλα και κουράζει στα πολλά χιλιόμετρα. Καμία σχέση με το πρώτο μοντέλο που ήταν μαλακό και ευλύγιστο. Το καλό είναι ότι το βρίσκεις σε τιμές 65-70 ευρώ.
Their grip is at best mediocre and they have minimal absorbency. On the terrain of Mount Poikilo, the runner feels in detail every little object they step on. After 7-8 km, this causes a lot of fatigue in the foot
Το grip τους είναι επιεικώς μέτριο και έχουν ελάχιστη απορροφητικότητα. Στο τερέν του όρους Ποικίλο ο δρομέας αντιλαμβάνεται με λεπτομέρεια το παραμικρό αντικείμενο που θα πατήσει. Μετά από 7-8 χλμ αυτό βγάζει πολύ κούραση στο πέλμα
Don't be discouraged by the design, it may not be the most stylish shoe, but if you're in the mountains, no one sees you. Very good trail shoe for the money (70 euros), good fit and amazing grip, both in mud and on loose surfaces.
Μην πτοείστε από τον σχεδιασμό, μπορεί να μην είναι και το πιο καλόγουστο παπούτσι, αλλά αν είστε στα βουνά δεν σας βλέπει κανένας. Πολύ καλό trail παπούτσι για τα χρήματα (70 ευρώ), καλή εφαρμογή και φοβερό κράτημα, τόσο στη λάσπη όσο και στο σαθρό.
