    The product is NOT inox. It is plastic. And not even good quality plastic. As soon as I got it and installed it, I realized I would have a problem. When tightening the connector to the shower and turning on the water, there were leaks from the connector. I tightened it without using force until the leak stopped and it broke, obviously making the leak much worse. I have already requested a return.
