Coffee Preparation
The process is very simple and is the same as making Greek coffee in a traditional briki. Add the amount of water you need for your coffee, then add as many spoonfuls of coffee and sugar as you desire, turn it on, and your coffee will be ready in a few minutes. Of course, you can also use it just to boil water, as you would with a simple briki. It has a handle so you can easily serve your coffee into the cup.
Cleaning and descaling
It is advisable to clean it after each use, using water, to avoid coffee residues. Additionally, it would be useful to periodically descale it, as like any metal device that comes into contact with water, it tends to accumulate limescale.
