    My mistake for not using it earlier. You put it on and you don't need a towel! In the summer you might need two for each workout so don't get just one. I got three and it's just enough.
    After each workout, wash with water, wring it out well and hang it with clothespins. It dries within 24 hours. In the washing machine depending on the smell - maybe every 5 workouts or so.
