The product is not a thermos, so it does its job. It is incredibly convenient that the lid opens with a button. It is easy to wash and does not retain any odors. The only negative is that within 2 years the exterior got scratched, the paint came off, and even a small dent appeared (I should note that I always carried it in my bag and generally used it at home or at the office, which is why it is surprising that all of the above happened)
