The first time you make waffles, put the whole device in a baking dish or a plate with a rim around it, because it is certain that you will make a mess!
The waffle batter has the property of expanding when baked. This can be misleading at first, as you may think that you need to add more batter when you see that the entire plate is not covered.
The portion size is a soup serving spoon, just a few millimeters below the rim. When you pour it onto the plate, it may seem like a small amount, but it is enough. As it cooks, it starts to expand. It even lifts the top plate from its position, resulting in the front appearing less cooked. This can be corrected by pressing the front part slightly after two minutes, and then you will get the same color everywhere. Set the temperature control to the maximum and do not adjust it until you have cooked all the waffles. Each waffle takes 5 minutes. Do not open and close the lid. The deliciousness of the waffle depends on the recipe of the batter. Compared to the waffles you eat outside, yours will be thinner.
Clean the waffle maker at the end with a paper towel, in the section with the black plates. For the excess batter around it (only the first time, hopefully), use kitchen paper.

Μερικές οδηγίες:
την πρώτη φορά που θα φτιάξουμε βάφλες, βάζουμε όλη την συσκευή σε ένα πχ ταψί ή δίσκο με πατούρα γύρω γύρω, γιατί είναι σίγουρο ότι θα τα κάνετε όλα γύρω γύρω μαντάρα!
Η ζύμη της βάφλας έχει την ιδιότητα να φουσκώνει όταν ψήνεται. Αυτό ξεγελά και στην αρχή, βλέποντας ότι δεν καλύπτεται όλη η πλάκα, νομίζετε ότι πρέπει να βάλετε κι άλλη ζύμη.
Η δόση είναι μια κουτάλα για σερβίρισμα σούπας, μέχρι λίγα χιλιοστά κάτω απο το χείλος. Όταν θα το ρίξετε πάνω στην πλάκα, θα φανεί λίγο, είναι όμως αρκετό. Ψηνόμενη, αρχίζει και επεκτείνεται. Σηκώνει μάλιστα και την πάνω πλάκα απο την θέση της, με αποτέλεσμα μπροστά να φαίνεται λιγότερο ψημένη. Αυτό διορθώνεται αν στα δύο λεπτά, πιέστε λίγο το εμπρός μέρος και τότε θα πάρετε το ίδιο χρώμα παντού. Τον ρυθμιστή θερμοκρασίας, τον βάζετε στο φούλ και δεν τον πειράζετε μέχρι να ψήσετε όλες τις βάβλες. Για κάθε βάφλα χρειάζονται 5 λεπτά. Μην ανοιγοκλείνετε το καπάκι. Η νοστιμιά της βάφλας εξαρτάται απο την συνταγή της ζύμης. Σε σχέση με τις βάφλες που τρώτε έξω, η δικιά σας θα είναι πιο λεπτή.
Η βαφλιέρα καθαρίζεται στο τέλος με μια χαρτοπετσέτα, στο τμήμα με τις μαύρες πλάκες. Για την ζύμη που περίσσεψε γύρω γύρω (την πρώτη μόνο φορά, ελπίζω) χρησιμοποιήστε χαρτί κουζίνας.

Purchased on 22/06. Used 2 times (with moderate to good results regarding baking) and on the 3rd time the temperature regulator came off in our hand. Medium quality overall. It's a shame because it reaches the right temperature very quickly compared to others and has a larger surface than others (you can make bigger waffles ;))

After several uses, I found a way to make them crispier: I leave them in the waffle maker for less time and cook them for a few more minutes in the air fryer.
Είναι η 4η βαφλιέρα που παίρνω και η χειρότερη επιλογή. Οι βάφλες κάνουν άπειρο χρόνο να ψηθούν και αφού έχει εξαντληθεί η υπομονή σου, βγαίνουν λεπτές και μαλακές. Μετά από αρκετές χρήσεις, βρήκα τρόπο να γίνουν πιο τραγανές: τις αφήνω λιγότερο χρόνο στη βαφλιέρα και τις ψήνω για λίγα ακόμα λεπτά στο air fryer.
For the money, it is very good. It takes about 5-7 minutes for each waffle. Positive that you can adjust the temperature. If you do some tests at the beginning, you will easily find the right one for the waffle to come out correctly.
Για τα χρήματα της είναι πολύ καλή. Θέλει περίπου 5-7 λεπτά για την κάθε βάφλα. Θετικό το ότι μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις θερμοκρασία. Αν κάνεις στην αρχή κάποιες δοκιμές, θα βρεις εύκολα την κατάλληλη για να βγαίνει σωστά η βάφλα.
