It is equipped with non-slip grips and the use of protective gloves for the hands is not necessary.

Door mounting: with the central bar and the narrow grips, you can perform pull-up exercises targeting all the back muscles, shoulders, and biceps.

The bar can be used with the supine grip "Push-ups" (palms facing you) to focus on the biceps, while using the "Chin-ups" grip (back of the palms facing you) targets the back muscles.

With the pull-up bar on the ground, you can easily work out the triceps, chest, and abdominal muscles.

It has rubber protectors at the ends to protect the door from damage.
