      I use it as a second protein to make ice cream with the Ninja Creami. The result has a much better consistency and creamier texture than isolate hydrolized proteins, since it has 10% fat and 15% carbohydrate. I mix it with 250g almond milk and a little xanthan gum. I haven't tried it with water, for daily use I prefer isolate hydrolized. This one is perfect for the use I want and I don't mind the slightly higher carbohydrate and fat since I use it as a meal-dessert and not as a post workout drink.
