I have 6 Montblancs in my collection, which I appreciate and use daily, as you can see from my other reviews, I've mentioned it before. Just as I told the truth about the others, I'm doing the same below for this one.

However, this particular blind buy didn't work out for me, unfortunately I don't like the scent at all and it really reminds me of a closet freshener with violet, to the point where it's impossible for me to wear it, unfortunately, very chemical as a smell, and definitely not pleasant. It has nothing to do with the regular Explorer nor with the very charismatic Explorer Extreme.

Maybe for someone else it would be a good choice, but avoid the blind buy, you might waste your money for nothing.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied.
The perfume does not correspond to reality, very little intensity and duration.
And if we consider its high price, it is not worth buying.

For me, this fragrance is top-notch for its price!
I got it as a gift for my husband; he sprayed it on his clothes and it still smelled good by the next morning.

At the time he sprayed it, it definitely smelled wonderful for 5-6 hours wherever he went, I could smell it.

I really liked the scent; it's a matter of taste, it's quite woody and spicy, but I like it.
Next time, I will get him the black one.

I bought the perfume because I read that it has a long-lasting scent without ever smelling it before. So it was a blind purchase. I wouldn't say it lasts long on me, at most two hours. I don't like the scent at all. Not at all! However, this is my personal opinion and taste. It is so woody that it smells like you walked into a carpenter's shop. So if you are someone who likes floral scents like me, look for something else or at least try it first. I expected something better from this company in terms of longevity. I don't know if I am being unfair to the perfume because I don't like the smell of it because as I said before, this is personal taste, but the longevity disappointed me.

Amazing scent with great longevity. The original Explorer resembles Creed Aventus a lot. The Platinum is quite different with distinct Agianni notes (clary sage, a type of sage).

Another excellent fragrance from Mont Blanc, as it is eau de parfum with just one spray you are good for several hours
