I bought it a few months ago and I am absolutely satisfied. It comfortably fits two toasts or one sandwich. The grilling is perfect and the plates are non-stick and clean easily with just a wipe.

I have bought it a little while ago, it is definitely value for money and quite a lot of watts, you get it without a second thought!!!

For 2 small toasts side by side, it's just right. The handle does not transfer any heat at all. It heats up very quickly.

It is fast for toasting bread for sandwiches, but it 'burns' the toast on the outside before the cheese has time to melt. Maybe it's the high wattage. It has a large capacity but for toasting sandwiches I don't like it.

I had initially given five stars but I am changing it to three as the handles broke, I sent a message to the dealership quite some time ago and still have not received a reply

everything was fine, but it died after 6 months. I am expecting a replacement. Generally, izy devices are reliable, I hope I just encountered a material defect.

After two months of use, I find it just fine. It cooks quickly. For those considering using it as a grill, keep in mind that it does not drain oil and fats like other more expensive ones that drain fats through a special slit. Also, the plates are NOT detachable. Indeed, after a few months, the surface near the plates starts to yellow. Functionally, however, it is perfect

Heats up very quickly, resulting in the toast burning after one minute while the ingredients inside the toast are still cold...

Attention! I almost caught fire. I bought this specific toaster from a well-known supermarket. From the beginning, its performance was not good. It was very lukewarm and barely heated the toast, it didn't toast them. The mistake I made was not throwing it away immediately. On the 4th-5th time I tried it, after 1 minute it burned (the toaster!) resulting in the toast burning as well and smoke filling the house. Fortunately, no greater damage was done… Withdraw the product immediately!

So far, I am very satisfied. It heats up quickly, cleans easily, and is very elegant! It is better than it looks in the photo. Good value for money.

Very nice toaster, just the right amount. It toasts them as much as they should, depending of course on the type of bread. The only downside is that the top part of the toaster, which was originally white, has turned yellow. Perhaps from the heat.

Very poor construction quality..
I bought it for its beauty and the shutter broke at the screw point just by shaking it.. not to mention that the color of the shutter up close is not even close to wooden color.

Average to poor. Its elegance wins you over, but unfortunately that's where its value ends. Choose something else

I bought it for 35€ from a store because I needed a toaster urgently and I had done my research here and I liked the design, which is the only thing worth it.
1. It doesn't toast evenly. It burns the toast on the outside and the inside remains cold.
2. If it works for a long time, for example if you put two toasts in a row, it takes a long time to toast them.
3. It is supposed to be easily stored, but the latch it has, which is supposed to keep it closed and upright, falls and opens as soon as you lift it.
4. It is very difficult to clean. And it needs to be cleaned frequently because otherwise the plates burn the next toast.
Only worth it for its beauty, but still... Better a small, cheap and ugly one than this one, unfortunately.

We bought it to be a set with the corresponding kettle. If you don't have such preferences, there are definitely much better sandwich makers out there! It's small in size, I wouldn't try it for anything other than sandwiches! Difficult to clean! However, the design is exceptional!

It's not worth it. I would have preferred to pay an extra 20€ and get a more quality product. It doesn't clean easily, it has a relatively small capacity (barely two sandwiches), and it heats up rapidly, resulting in the bread becoming crispy before it has a chance to cook on the inside

Apart from its nice aesthetics, this toaster cooks quickly and evenly, without burning the bread, and the cheese melts perfectly. The non-stick plates are perfect and clean very easily. Like all non-stick surfaces, they require caution not to scratch them with a knife or fork. Additionally, the top plate is adjustable in height, so you can toast anything from baguettes to burgers!

Very sturdy and beautiful electric toaster. Initially, what interested me was the aesthetic aspect and the size because I have a small kitchen and didn't want a "beast" machine. However, I ultimately chose it mainly for its quality of construction. I had read reviews about other models, that screws come loose with use, for example. This particular toaster is incredibly well-designed and made with durable materials. Finally, the non-stick plates are perfect. I will definitely take care of them, using only silicone handles/spatulas, but I think they will withstand a lot.

It is a beautiful toaster, it makes the toast crispy and in a short time. I compare it to our previous one, which was one of the big ones that open, and it toasts them in half the time. I chose it because it has adjustable height and can toast thicker slices of bread! Also, the size of the plates is quite large, it can fit larger than usual slices of bread. Among its positives is the relatively short cable, you don't struggle to gather it and it doesn't take up much space when plugged in. As for the negatives, I mention the raised bottom part. I uploaded a photo so you can understand what I mean. You can collect the crumbs with a damp cloth as the instructions say, but it is not easy to remove them from the inside because there is a small wall around. You have to turn it upside down to remove them! Otherwise, it could have a switch so that it can stay plugged in, but it doesn't bother us that much. Oh, it also leaves a few rings!

It has a beautiful design with the addition of wood on the handle. The white metal frame around the lights diminishes the toaster's beauty. The plates, although not removable, are easy to clean. There is no safety feature to press the toast during cooking like other models from the same company, but it simply has a lock for storage/transportation.
