Installed in a Lenovo Legion Y540 17irh pg0 81t3 with i5 9300hf, gtx 1650, and 32GB RAM. With the kryosheet I saw a difference in temperatures of about ten to fifteen degrees lower on the processor and graphics card compared to regular paste. For example, in a stress test, the processor maxes out at 80 degrees at full boost at 4GHz on all cores after installing the kryosheet. Be very careful as this is an electrically conductive material and there is a risk of short circuit. However, the package includes kapton tape to cover the circuits around the die so there won't be any problem (I've posted a photo). Also included is a syringe with silicone oil, which is applied between the pad and the heatsink and also between the processor and the pad to prevent micro air bubbles from remaining inside. For example, even though the GPU die has the Nvidia logo embossed, I had no problem with contact and temperatures, as ideally the heatsink and die surfaces should be as flat as possible. Finally, the kryosheet never needs to be replaced (unlike pastes)...

No dirt and residue from the inductive, you apply it easily, quickly, you can't go wrong with its placement, even if it's your first time building a PC.
Excellent with temperatures, in my system I didn't see any difference coming from the Grizzly Kryonat thermal paste.

Expensive but excellent. The CPU temperatures on which I have tested it (5800x3d and 7800x3d) are similar to the top traditional pastes. It does not stain the CPU and does not require cleaning when you change it. If you place it and remove it carefully (it is fragile), you can reuse it.
