Description

Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet - Graphene thermal pads from the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series are an excellent alternative to high-performance thermal pastes. Like the Carbonaut pads, they feature a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, the KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. This increased conductivity is due not only to the choice of materials but also to the innovative production process. The KryoSheet does not contain liquid components and therefore does not undergo physical aging as traditional thermal pastes do. Drying out is not possible.

Features:

  • Excellent thermal conductivity
  • Easy application
  • Consistently high performance
  • Extreme durability

Important: conducts electricity! Follow the usage instructions! The KryoSheet graphene pads have a molecular structure oriented towards the Z-axis. This optimized structure ensures excellent and consistent thermal conductivity. This is achieved thanks to the production process, in which the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite is dissolved along the basal plane to exploit the anisotropy of graphite's thermal conductivity. However, this product has increased electrical conductivity, which affects the stability of the KryoSheet pads, so they must be used exclusively according to the instructions!

Compatibility:

  • Intel processors: Socket 3647, 4677
  • Nvidia graphics cards: Titan V

Note: the reuse of the KryoSheet is not recommended! Disassembling the cooler and transferring the KryoSheet after use may cause micro-cracks in the structure of the graphene pads, thus affecting performance.

Review this product
  • I applied it to the processor and the laptop's graphics card, and from 97 degrees it went down to 75 in a stress test—perfect

A good alternative for anyone who doesn't want to use paste - WARNING if the processor has exposed metal parts as the material is likely a good conductor of electricity

Make sure before you buy that the surface of your cooler is completely smooth, because some desktop coolers have very small grooves to have better contact with the pastes. Mine had grooves in my AIO. However, these grooves greatly reduce the performance of the Kryosheet, so you are unlucky if you have such a cooler and didn't notice it.

If the surface is smooth, it works very well, surpassing the paste and almost reaching the performance of Liquid Metal. However, if the surface of the cooler is not smooth, then you lose about 15 degrees, which is not worth it, so put the paste back.

In gaming laptops, it performs excellently. Because generally, a paste in gaming laptops dries quickly and fills the whole laptop during repastes, the Kryosheet is worth 1000% in laptops. Just be careful not to overhang because it is conductive. So place it flat and screw the cooler in carefully.

For laptops, it’s worth getting the 50x50mm and cutting the Kryosheet yourself (so you don’t buy two) because the dimensions of the CPU and GPU die are small.
