Usage:

• For room fragrance: Add a few drops to an essential oil burner, adding water to the surface and a tea light candle to the base.
• For compresses: Add 3-6 drops to 100ml of warm or cold water, depending on the case. Shake the water with the oil and quickly soak a piece of sterile gauze. Squeeze and apply it to the area needing treatment.
