• Before using the product for the first time, clean it with water and soap.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• We do not recommend the use of "spray oil" for cooking.
• Select the right size of burner that is closest to the diameter of the cookware.
• Do not use sharp cooking utensils and do not cut inside the cookware.
• Store the cookware carefully to maintain the non-stick coating intact.
• Cookware with plastic handles SHOULD NOT be used in the oven.
• Clean the cookware with a sponge and detergent or in gentle dishwasher cycles.
• The use of abrasive and corrosive products is not advisable.
• The cookware should not be overheated when empty.
• Remove the cookware from the heat source in case of excessive heating.
• Before cooking, make sure that the base of the cookware and the surface of the burner are clean.
