See allUsers are generally very satisfied, mainly praising the reliable supply of cold water and the good value for money. They find it practical for homes, families, and workplaces, and often mention its stylish, compact design and ease of use. However, some find the water flow slow or the water not cold enough, while others report noise, leaks, or malfunctions.
Very good machine for cold water instantly. I have been using it for two years now without any problems. I am not interested in the hot water and never turn it on
The best in its price range, I recommend it! We bought it for the holiday home. Family of six. It never leaves us without cold water
User-friendly, especially due to the option to select bottle size. The water output is much lower than expected and the temperature is not low enough.
I sent the machine to service due to a malfunction (water was leaking from underneath) and the response was (Inspection report: The boiler of the cooler has a hole - this happens either due to lack of cleaning or prolonged use of the hot water function for weeks/months. It is "normal" wear and tear and has to do with improper use of the device. The repair cost is €55.80 (including 24% VAT) and the repair involves replacing the boiler and recharging the cooling circuit with refrigerant). So you are telling us that the lifespan of the machine under full use is one and a half years and the malfunction is considered normal wear and tear, and then we pay one third of its value while we are under warranty for repair, so we might as well put it in a showcase and just look at it.... As for this specific cooler, what cleaning? The machine has barely worked and has NEVER been used for hot water..... Unacceptable, a nice way to avoid repair or replacement. The conclusions are yours..... The service response in case of malfunction is one of the most basic things someone should look at when buying something... Subsequently, after several inquiries, I have been receiving the same response for many days now.... We received the product and we will refund you the money

- Fits almost in every nook of the house
- Due to the size of the tank, it comfortably serves a family of 4
Cons
- The supply is relatively small. It takes almost 40 seconds to fill a standard glass
