However, you need to learn how to use it properly for the right grilling. Initially, always put water in the tray according to the specified limits. If the meat is not frozen, then you throw it on top after preheating it to the maximum. You need to be on top of it and turn the meat because otherwise it will burn at the maximum heat. If it is frozen, because you want it to cook inside, then you need to lower the heat to 6 or 7, otherwise it will burn on the outside and be raw on the inside. In any case, it is good to maintain the moisture of the grilled food. I haven't tried fish, so I can't say. For grilled vegetables, mushrooms, I have also bought the extra plate that goes on top of the grill, they become very tasty, I would say amazing, but it requires a lot of patience and effort because they take a long time. For that, you probably need something more powerful!
Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος. Την χρησιμοποιώ εδώ και 2 περίπου χρόνια για ψήσιμο στο μπαλκόνι. Γευστικά τα κρέατα είναι εφάμιλα με κάρβουνου. Θέλει ωστόσο να τη μάθεις λίγο για να κάνεις σωστό ψήσιμο. Αρχικά πάντα νερό στο ταψί σύμφωνα με τα όρια που λέει. Αν τα κρέατα δεν είναι από κατάψυξη τότε τα πετάς πάνω έχοντάς την προθερμάνει στο μέγιστο. Θέλει να είσαι από πάνω της και να τα γυρνάς γιατί στο μέγιστο αλλιώς θα σου αρπάξουν. Αν είναι από κατάψυξη, επειδή θέλεις να ψηθούν εσωτερικά τότε πρέπει να την κατεβάσεις στο 6 ή 7 αλλιώς θα σου αρπάξουν από έξω και μέσα θα είναι άψητα. Σε κάθε περίπτωση καλό είναι να διατηρείς την υγρασία της επιγάνειας των ψητών. Για ψάρι δεν έχω δοκιμάσει οπότε δεν μπορώ να πω. Για ψητά λαχανικά, μανιτάρια, έχω πάρει και την εξτρά πλάκα που μπαίνει πάνω στη σχάρα, γίνονται μεν πάρα πολύ νόστιμα, καταπληκτικά θα έλεγα, ωστόσο θέλει πολύ υπομονή και κούραση γιατί αργούνε πάρα πολύ. Εκεί χρειάζεται μάλλον κάτι πιο δυνατό!
