The Eiger WF-UV-11W water disinfection system uses an 11 W UV-C lamp to deactivate bacteria, viruses, fungi and other microorganisms by disrupting their DNA and preventing them from multiplying. Water passes through a stainless steel chamber and is disinfected without chemicals, without altering its taste, odor or composition. The lamp operates at a wavelength of 253.7 nm.

It is installed as the final filtration stage, after sediment and carbon filters, and connects to the water supply with a ¼ in connection. It is suitable for homes, hotels, restaurants, standalone water coolers, aquariums, analytical laboratories and small reverse osmosis units. For maintenance, the UV lamp and quartz sleeve should be replaced periodically.
