  • I have had it for 3 years without taking special care of it (only rinsing with fresh water after diving) and it hasn't suffered any damage. Personally, I recommend it

  • I have had it for three years, I take good care of it, as usual, not in the sun when I go out fishing, always wash it well. I am satisfied.

The same thing happened to me, the outer plastic broke and the mask is scratched. No spare parts. Unacceptable for Mares. However, I bought a new Tana since it suited me incredibly well and it is at a very good price

And I had the same problem (Mhrak), the only thing is that I didn't notice it in its box and I thought it broke because I wasn't careful and I used adhesive tape, and for now it's fine

I bought this mask last year. I used it only a few times (3-4) because, unfortunately, I forgot it at home when I went on vacation. Luckily, I had a spare no-name mask in my belongings, so I managed. I was excited about purchasing this particular mask because the quality and fit were very good. I took care of it and always stored it in its box. Unfortunately, this summer, during the first use, the external hard plastic (housing) that holds the lens in place suddenly opened. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't close it, and after a while, it started literally falling apart and disintegrating, as if the material had expired! I contacted the main store/service of Mares, but unfortunately, they informed me that there is no such replacement part and that the mask simply cannot be repaired. I couldn't believe my ears. I also asked various authorized Mares service stores that I found online, but unfortunately, I received the exact same answer. How is it possible for a nearly unused branded mask with not such a negligible cost to suffer a simple "unexplained" damage and not be repairable? To just be "thrown away"? I am very disappointed with Mares' service and this specific product, but even more so for the money I spent to purchase it!

Very good mask, it is of medium volume. It fits very well even if you are not shaved. It does not forgive if you dive deep and do not balance the pressure.

Very good mask, I have been using it for 2 years now. It is of medium volume and its silicone is of very good quality, fitting very well on the face. The most important thing about this mask is its design, so that you feel comfortable and it does not tire/bother you even after many hours of use.
