The book is the result of a collective effort by specialized scientists and aims to serve as a reference tool for healthcare professionals working in the field of dementia.

The first part includes information about dementia, Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, and the three main cognitive interventions: cognitive enhancement, cognitive training, and cognitive rehabilitation.

The second part presents original cognitive exercises that relate to attention, memory, language, thinking, and executive skills. The exercises are fully adapted to both the Greek reality and culture, as well as to the age group they target.
