Stay away. One star because for such a cheap phone you would at least expect to be able to set the ringtone you want. I specifically wanted a simple ringing sound and not the distorted sound of falling pots and pans. However, the memory card does not cooperate and you cannot load a ringtone from there. The phone does not update with the relevant menu function. The AI says that the update is not available in some countries. In general, half of the functions do not work and it cannot be upgraded for them to work. NOKIA SUITE also does not work. No support.

I will agree with those who claim that it is not genuine. It is impossible for it to be a genuine Nokia. The ringtone is bad, metallic, and sounds like it echoes. The menu is very cumbersome and unreasonably complicated. The menu translation was done by extraterrestrial beings. The alarm clock is named 'scare', while Wednesday, when displayed on the small screen, is written as 'I am getting married' due to a bad translation of Wednesday (wedding). The word 'save' is named 'rescue'. It's crazy, really. I believe it is not suitable for elderly people. The battery does not last. In conclusion, my personal opinion is that I should have gone in person to a large chain store with simple-use mobile phones and done a typical check myself before buying. The delivery from the store was immediate, but that hardly matters anymore.

The battery does not last. Within the first 10 days, it developed a serious defect which was covered by the company, but it was a great inconvenience for my father. Also, the sounds are not loud as advertised for the hearing impaired.

Terrible phone, it is not genuine. I wasted my money. It was intended for my mother and all I managed to do was stress her out about using it, and she went back to her old five-year-old Alcatel, again with a flip cover. Gentlemen, the phone has been designed so that its users cannot use it and are forced to switch to another model; wherever you press based on logic, it will do something else. It requires special handling. Unfortunately, they changed the classic menu and ruined its easy use.

I bought it for an elderly person, but it's not worth it. A big downside is the external volume buttons, which are pressed too easily, so you constantly have to check the volume level. The battery isn't worth it either, and overall, for what it offers, it's extremely expensive.

Very good construction but the buttons on the side are very sensitive and the elderly people it is intended for have an issue and lower or raise the volume without realizing it while trying to turn it on. I personally experienced this with my father-in-law and my mother

The Greek translation of the menu is worse than those of cheap Chinese products. It is so awful that it borders on dysfunctional.

I gave it 4 stars for one reason only. The volume button is very sensitive, especially when you have it in your pocket. My mother, for whom I bought it, often doesn't realize it.

When someone calls you have to open the door and press the main button to talk (there is no option to have it open automatically with the folding screen or not) making it difficult to use for the elderly.

I bought it for my elderly mother; apart from the buttons that lowered the volume, the first time within 2 days the phone turned off by itself with 50% battery and it didn't charge either. When you managed to charge it, I left it for 10 hours, and when I took it out, it had 70% battery; it didn't charge to 100%. The store replaced it for me; however, with the second phone, the same thing happened again within 1 month, and I didn't bother for a replacement again. Logically, its battery is problematic, as well as its charger

Perhaps the worst mobile phone. Difficult to use menu, contacts cannot be transferred from another phone via Bluetooth, there are no multiple entries for one contact. Mobile phones from the 2000s are much better. Far from worth even €20.

I bought it for my mother who lives in a different region so that I can communicate if something happens, and unfortunately, I am terrified. It goes into silent mode, it doesn't charge well, so she always has it plugged in. I bought it from the OTE shop, which presented it to me as great for elderly people. Compared to the previous one she had, it is just disappointing. I can't understand with all the negatives it has, why they won't accept to take it back and give us another one.

The only negative is that when you have the phone in your pocket, the volume buttons get pressed and either it goes to silent or it's at a volume that you can't hear!

Excellent phone for its kind, with many useful features that are usually not found in such mobiles. It is very easy to manage, with large buttons and strong backlight so that you always see what it shows on the screen. It has an awesome design, both in appearance and in its operating system. Personally, I bought it as a backup phone, to take with me when I go out without a smartphone, as I wanted to reduce the time I spend in front of the screen. However, I see it slowly becoming my main phone :)

Everything is fine with it, this side volume adjustment button is very sensitive... You need to keep in mind to turn it up otherwise it is constantly low and you miss calls.

I will fully agree with the negative comments that have been written. I was very unpleasantly surprised by the design of this particular device. As soon as I got it in my hands and started to make the basic settings, I put it on silent without realizing it, something I repeated several times until I finished the settings. It is impossible to avoid pressing the sound button because your hand, as you hold the device, touches exactly on that specific soft button. Contrary to the device itself, which easily and accidentally goes into silent mode, the sound of the buttons does not decrease and is loud and extremely annoying. Lastly, I leave the menu, which I found confusing for such a simple device and for older people.
