I don't know if I happened to get a defective product, but it didn't even last a year for me... suddenly, the fans stopped working (they must have stopped about 2 months earlier, because I was also having issues with the laptop, before I realized it), while the light was working fine, so I didn't pay attention and thought everything was okay (it didn't cross my mind that it had broken, I hadn't had it for long) until I went to clean the laptop and realized the stand had said goodbye to this world. I was not satisfied.
Δεν γνωρίζω αν έτυχα σε ελαττωματικό προϊόν αλλά δεν μου έβγαλε ούτε χρόνο.. ξαφνικά, σταμάτησαν να λειτουργούν οι ανεμιστήρες (πρέπει να είχαν σταματήσει περίπου 2 μήνες, γιατί είχα και θέματα με το λάπτοπ, πριν το καταλάβω) ενώ το φως δούλευε κανονικά, με αποτέλεσμα να μην δώσω προσοχή και να νομίζω ότι όλα πάνε καλά (δεν μου πήγε στο μυαλό ότι είχε χαλάει, δεν την είχα καιρό) ως που πήγα να καθαρίσω το λάπτοπ και συνειδητοποίησα ότι η βάση είχε χαιρετήσει για άλλους κόσμους. Δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένη.
In no case is it suitable for gaming or anything heavy in general. The air flow is very low (even if you set it to max). For office use it's good but that's about it. If you want something for demanding tasks just go for the IETS GT500 or GT600. Those are proper cooling pads
