The lid does not open very much. It makes it difficult to fill. It accumulates scale very quickly both at the bottom and on the sides.

Beautiful design, great kettle but, I haven't had it for almost a month and twice I had to turn off the button that stops the boiling myself, since it wouldn't stop boiling on its own. I don't know what to do and if it's worth the trouble to send it back, if I will hear excuses or if it will take a long time to replace it. Anyway, it doesn't have a consistent frequency that makes it do this. Disappointment!
