CO2 LEAK DETECTOR
This tool is designed to check for leaks between combustion and the cooling system in liquid-cooled engines. The combustion process produces (among other things) 13-14% CO2 in the exhaust gases, and a leak of this gas into the cooling system can be easily detected.
If there are combustion gases, the color of the test liquid in the upper capsule changes to yellow or green, indicating that there is a leak of combustion gas (CO2) into the cooling liquid. The test liquid cannot be reused.
