1. The 3 RF tags do not work, although the unit reads the tag, it does not give the command to open the electric strike.
2. The barcode entry stopped working, it recognizes the barcode but does not give the command to the strike, all settings have been tested. (NOTE: The electric strike works normally via monitor)
Conclusion: You get what you pay for,

Very good image quality, easy Wi-Fi connectivity, crystal clear image even at night (infrared black and white image) in very low light conditions, good quality video recordings, but sometimes after pressing the doorbell at the entrance, the image freezes on the screen and the only way to unfreeze it is to restart it (you unplug it and plug it back in).
If it happened once in a while, personally I wouldn't mind. But it happens very often, which is quite annoying.
Maybe the existing wiring of the older intercom is to blame. For example, the wires may have oxidized in some box or they may be of a smaller cross-section than they should be.
The truth is I didn't bother to install new wires. I used those from the old intercom. So the freezing issue may ultimately be a matter of the existing cable installation... So I reserve some judgment regarding the frequent and many freezes of the image after a call at the entrance...
