Neon Powder is suitable for stunning nail art. It is available in 12 different colors with rich pigmentation to elevate your creations.

USE:

• After completing the manicure preparation, apply Base Coat and cure it.
• Next, apply 2 layers of your chosen color and cure each layer separately.
• Mix the powder with Top Coat in a 1 to 3 ratio and apply it on the nail.
• Finally, seal the result with Top.
• Alternatively, it can be used on top of the Top Coat, in nail art, or over the entire surface of the natural nail for a sugar effect result.
