Description

How to address issues such as hyperactivity, impulsivity, and difficulty concentrating in preschool and elementary school children? This book in seminar format analyzes 15 very common "problematic behaviors," divided into 4 sections: Hyperactivity, Impulsivity, Concentration Difficulties, and Emotional Aspects (easily angered, oppositional, easily gives up).

At the beginning of each chapter, a summary of the problematic behavior is presented, organized in bullet points and small possible explanations (Why does this happen?) Also included is a series of suggestions on what to do and what not to do in these situations!

For each behavior examined, educational tools and strategies are described in detail on how to intervene! Each chapter concludes with expert advice that effectively assists educators & parents!

It is a seminar book for educators and parents interested in the proper development of their children! Because a lively child may have problematic behaviors but is NOT a problematic child.
