I admit that so far I am excited about this series! Starting with the novella, I hope to have the maximum reading experience as many of you suggested to me, but also from the research I did. In this book, we find five novellas that concern Calaena's life before the epic series. In these novellas, we get to know our protagonist, who, through missions assigned to her by Master Arobynn, begins to question his motives and her loyalty to him. On this journey, she will make significant friends and enemies and will discover her new identity alongside Sam, for whom she realizes she feels more than she believed. But what will happen now that her journey and actions put their lives at risk?
So let's see how I felt about it! It is definitely an important but somewhat slow novella that, however, had action, intrigues, enemies, and allies that kept me on edge! It immersed me in the atmosphere of the series and helped me get to know the world and the protagonist better. So yes, I liked it and I can't wait to see what happens in the Glass Throne!

Let's talk about the book then! In the 1st book of the series, we have a somewhat slow introduction to the world-building and to Celaena Sardothien, the famous assassin and protagonist! We first meet her as a convict living in the mines, imprisoned until she is given a chance to earn her freedom in exchange for competing to become the champion of a king she hates. Throughout the trials, a love triangle develops between the prince and heir, as well as the captain of the guard. But what happens in the castle, and why do her rival champions start dying mysteriously? Is the fight for freedom ultimately a fight for survival?

Coming from the novella, I found the book quite slow but with action and character development. The only reason I emphasize this is so that you are prepared because the book is very good and has significant action and amazing characters! I admit that I haven't yet gotten over what happened in the novella, and I was a bit frustrated in the first half of the book with Celaena. I'm not saying anything to avoid spoilers, but you'll understand when you read the novella. Anyway, I enjoyed the book, and especially for the age at which Sarah wrote it, I think it is quite strong, while I adored Celaena and can't wait to see her in the next books!

I have to tell you that so far I am absolutely thrilled with this series and to let you know that the 1st book is already out: Glass Throne from Psychogios publications. So I just finished reading Crown of Midnight, which for me was the 3rd book in the series since I read the novella first, and honestly, I don't regret it at all because now I see how important the reading order is! In the book, Celaena is now the king's champion and starts her life in the castle with only the plan to serve the king's assassin to earn her freedom. However, things in the castle are getting more and more "dark" while old and new secrets call her to solve them. The secret of the king's power is revealed, and along with it, Celaena creates enemies and friends. While with Elena's help she learns something that shocks her and she urgently needs to discover it! Along the way, we encounter twists we don't expect, intrigues, love, and many secrets about the world of TOG that slowly unfolds as magic begins to take hold! Now let's see how I felt about it. Honestly, the only right reason to describe it to you is that I now think about it 24/7. Something that happens to me rarely with books, and every time I appreciate it immensely! The world is magical and very well-written while the characters are dynamic and deep! The story has caught fire, and honestly, I've already started the next one because I couldn't put the series down. Those of you who haven't read it, do it YESTERDAY! I will also share with you why it's important to read the novella first, as I've now reached this point and I'm glad for the choice I made! In short ️ E P I C

I just finished reading Heir Of Fire, which for me was the 4th book in the series since I read the novella first, and honestly, I don’t regret it as I now see how important the series is!

At this point in the story, unfortunately, I can't talk to you about the plot as it would be a spoiler, and in this profile, we DO NOT do that. So let's look at the book in terms of action, characters, and revelations!

First of all, I must say that the story has caught fire, and the revelations are shocking! In this book, the characters evolve, and finally, the world-building develops as magic and magical creatures like Fae, witches, and wyverns come into play. Thus, the twists come one after the other regarding the king and his plans. Celaena faces her past while she must decide her future. Along the way, she meets some very important figures who will help her in her quest. The truth is that the ending was gripping, and the book overall is the best in the series so far! I’m moving on to the next one, and I’ll be here to discuss it as I’m burning and sizzling in the world of #TOG. Read it with your eyes closed! ️

I have to tell you that the love I now have for this series and the awe it inspires in me while reading it is on another level! Nothing compared to ACOTAR, this one is on another level! I don't believe I will ever read something so well-written, clever, with wonderful imagination that captivates your mind!

So I just finished reading Queen Of Shadows, which for me was the 5th book in the series since I read the novella first, and honestly, I don't regret it because now I see how important it is to the development of the series and the characters based on the point where I read it!

At this stage of the story, unfortunately, I can't talk to you about the plot because it would be a spoiler, and on this profile, we DO NOT do that. So let's look at the book in terms of action, characters, and revelations!

First, I want to say that the story has caught fire, Aelin (now) is in full power mode, and the revelations are shocking! The romantic element is developing slowly and is sizzling us. The magic and the world have almost been fully revealed (I think haha), and I can't stop being left with my mouth open every time Sarah adds a detail or revelation! I honestly wonder how she thought of everything, and I will say how much this enchants me as a fantasy lover! In this book, the characters evolve even more, and we learn amazing things about them. Thus, the twists come one after another regarding the king and his plans, as well as the new players in the game. The truth is that the ending was utterly captivating, and the book overall is the most beautiful in the series so far! I’m moving on to the next one, and I will be here to discuss it as I am burning and sizzling in the world of #TOG. Read it with your eyes closed! ️
